studio speaker

So I’m looking to get some compact studio speakers. Gotta downsize because I don’t have to room. Just for my little studio in my living room.i currently have passive Yamaha speakers for my board.the size of them are 16x23x13.They take up space and are an eye soar in the living room. I just want some compact speakers. I’m looking at Sterling MX 3 and MX 5. I don’t use loud volume in my house. Can I use them when I’m rehearsing and use them with my PA just at home?

Choose the size of the monitors based on the size of the room, not how loud you think they need to be. Large room, large monitors. Small room, small monitors.

Because the monitors are powered, you should not need any PA equipment.
