Stupid power amp question from a newb....

Say if I was given a used one of these, would I be able to use this to power a Bass rig while using this as an amp? I know someone who is giving one of these away because they're relocating and got crap in storage.

Of course it would work, all you need is a preamp and a cab with matching impedance and power ratting.

Not very powerful, but it could be used.

Those amps were made mainly for sudio monitors, but if it is free - jump on it.
