Subtle effect pedals

My eden 210XST gets as low as 30Hz.. But my 410 only does about 50Hz..

Of course the arguement is esoteric.. more so, I think i'm being overly critical haha

I just wish stores actually stocked this gear.. I can't find anyone with a VT Bass Deluxe or practically anything Source Audio :/

Most of what you hear from those very low notes is harmonics, not the fundamental. Few bass cabs can reproduce frequencies lower than 40hz. Boosting in that range is general just going to result in boomy, indistinct mud. If you want to hear the bass better, it's more beneficial usually to boost the high bass/low mids like say somewhere between 100-200hz.

I've read this as well as seen graphs on TB backing the same thing.. So I can see how it wouldn't be much of a problem. I still think i'm going to lean towards the VT Deluxe.. It should give me that vintage sound, with possibility of overdrive, and DI..

So it's either that or the Eden WTDI.. But the Eden doesn't have presets.. Now all I have to do is find the dang thing
