This isn't at all heavy but a good little party trick someone showed me years back, everyone whom has tried it has found it cool, good fun and liked it... especially the girls, please indulge if you like ; )
There are 4 questions (please take as much time as you need), each of which require 4 answers, per piece. It's important that you answer these questions in more 'emotive' terms rather than physical descriptives, what do you 'see' in them....here goes
A. What is your favourite colour? Why is it your favourite, what does it represent to you, what qualities attract you to it? 4 answers (or 3 is....o.k. ; )
B. What is your favourite Animal?, Why is it your favourite, what do you see in it that makes it number 1? 4 answers please or as above.
O.k. The last 2 need a little imagination on your part, close your eyes even, but try and put yourself in the frame.
C. You are in a white room, it is completely white, there are no doors or windows, it is just you, in the white room.........How do you feel about this, what's your thinking about where you are? 4 answers please ; )
D. And finally...Your floating on your back on a lake surrounded by tree's, it's summer, there is no-one else there, at all, just you floating on the pond/lake with the sun and surroundings,......how are you feeling about this, put yourself in the frame of it,.... 4 please ; )

A.) Red. Red is like beauty, anguish, and love all mashed in to one. While I can't say that I feel any color represents me, I'd say that it could represent me in my feelings of strength through all I've been through and the beauty I try to see in everything. Also, what's prettier than a blood-red moon, or a crimson rose glistening with dew? Few things, I'd say.
B.) Cats. Cats are friggin' adorable. They're smart and curious animals and they don't put up with **** from anyone. They've always been my favorite because when I was younger, I was quite the loner and my family was messed up and my only company was my cats. I rescued them and they rescued me.
C.) Trapped. Bored. Lonely. Wishing I had some music.. ?
D.) Feeling.. Lazy. Thinking.. good thing there aren't sharks in Lakes.. ( Or are there?) Wondering when I learned to swim so well.. I'm going to get sunburned.
Voila. I tried to take this as seriously as possible.
And here are the key's
O.K remember it's just for fun,
The colour, you have choice in that, you can wear it or paint the inside of your house with it and often do, the reasons why we relate to a favourite colour is because we 'see' ourselves in it and associate with the same 'qualities' we feel it possesses. The Colour is You.
The Animal, we see qualities in certain animals that relate to how we would like to see ourselves, those individual things make it our favourite and are admired, qualities we connect with, and would like for ourselves. The Animal is how you See Yourself, How you would Like to Be.
The Room, this will lose a little relevance due to time expired, it is basically a scenario to try and concentrate on how you are feeling without any distraction/stimuli in your mind set, the white room negates any real interest because it's bare and neutral and you are alone there, some people I've tried this with actually like it there? They were in a certain frame of mind at the time ; ) The Room is How You were Feeling at that Moment when you answered the question, it may be different now.
The Lake, again in physicality everything is removed like everday distractions, you are just aware of the sun, solitude and lapping water supporting your drift, some folk in the past had very different takes on this. The Lake is how you would Like to Feel.
Someone showed me this thing years back, it's always been a fun thing for parties, friends, girlfriends, whatever, next time you need a little fun thing, try it, I will say 90% of the people whom have done it, thought that it outlined quite a few things in themselves very, very well?
