Sunn 4x10 Cab

I've got a chance to trade a high end acoustic for a Sunn 4x10 Cab and Hartke 3500 head.
I can't seem to find much info on the Sunn 4x10. Anyone know anything about them?

I'd try to find out a model number or get a picture of the back plate on them.

I wouldn't trade a high end acoustic for that rig personally...
