Sunn Beta Bass Issue

I play a sunn beta bass, running a boss BOD with a sansamp ive been having an issue with my amp slowly decreasing in volume in the middle of my bands sets. I did some trouble shooting and all my cables and pedals are fine. This typically is a tubed problem, but seeing that this is a solid state head, I have no clue.

First question what is a Boss BOD?
Are you sure it is decreased output from the amp? Speaker heating increases impedance with resulting loss of power.
SS devices can suffer junction heating from being overdriven and of course resistors that drift with heating as well as any other components that a tube amp has in common.

Need more info I guess, like what cab are you driving and just how loud are you trying to be with either a overdriven or clean sound.
