I was pretty shocked when I heard Paul passed. It’s been a while too, I believe he passed back on March 30th. He contributed a lot to TB over the years and I learned quite a bit from him. We didn’t always see eye to eye on some things but we always seemed to have found common ground. Didn’t know him personally but he sure seemed like a sweet guy who was pretty intelligent and knew what he knew well. Very passionate about things too. I believe one of the last bands he was in was called Coward as well.

Here’s to hopes you’re in a better place Sunn/Paul. We’ll miss you here!

Sad news, Greg. Do you have an obituary link you can share here?

Yeah I was pretty shocked when I heard about it. He was so young. I can’t find anything online but here is a link to his FB profile. There’s some info on there around the time of his passing.

Just now seeing this post. Paul was a local legend in my hometown... I remember buying CD's from him when he worked at Slackers (a used music store) when I was was a kid. He played in a ton of bands here locally and was a great dude. It's amazing how many posts of his I see on the regular when browsing this site. He definitely left his mark in more ways than one!

A bunch of ex band mates of his are playing a memorial show in a couple weeks.

This was his latest project:
