Bumping this thread because I just got a SuperEgo and wish to do the same as the OP – use effects in the SuperEgo loop and use those same effects outside of the SuperEgo's loop.
You can make a "Translocater" yourself or have someone like
@Azure Skies do it for you. What's a "Translocater"?

This is an unbelievably versatile signal routing machine. It can do A/B switching, Loops and an Effects order changer. See the Operating Instructions below. This is a great tool for your test bench, home studio or pedal board. You’ll need to keep a printout of the operating instructions with it. From the PDF linked above, take note of "Application 5: Pre-Post Switcher", you could have the Effects placed before/after the SuperEgo, channel A, or have the effects in the SuperEgo's loop, channel B.

So heres the explanation:
First this obviously requires a 4PDT switch, the photo is illastrated as if you were looking at the contacts of the switch, I'm assuming that we all understand how a 4PDT switch operates, how I have it drawn the switch is connecting the center lugs to either the top row or bottom row.
The black colored lines are the ground connection, Red are for LED power, and white and cyan are the wires that carry the signal.
Lets say you want to use your Pog 2 in the effects loop of the superego (or Deluxe Memory Boy, which is my case) but you also want to be able to use it in your standard effects chain.
the Jack labeled "from effect input" would connect to the Pog's input jack, the Jack labeled "to effect output" would connect to the Pog's outpute jack.
we'll then say "Send/Return A" is your standard signal chain, connect this to where you want the Pog located, in my case, the send jack would connect to the output of my overdrive, and the return jack would connect to the input of my delay.
Then the "Send/Return B" jacks would connect to the effects loop of the superego this where some people get confused and rightfully so, the send jacks of both pedals are connected, and the return jacks of both pedals are connected. So that the input of the Pog is going to the send of the Superego, and the Return of the superego is going to the output of the Pog.
the reasoning for the second column from the left side of the switch, is so that there is no broken connection when switching back and forth, allowing the signal to continue through the FX loop of the superego, keeps it from going dead, and same for the line signal so that you are always passing signal without anything cutting out. That was where I had a hard time coming up with a way to make this work.
I have not verified this, so you are on your own to figure out if it works properly, I am pretty certain it works though. Good luck to any that attempt this.
And if anyone does try this and finds that it works as intended, please post back so that we all know that it is verified.

You could also roll the dice and order "The Dropout", a translocater-type box, from T1M.
SO…. you’ve got a pedal you want to use in multiple functions, all over your board, in your amps effects loop, in the loop of your Skrecho, TIMELINE, etc. Similar to the flip flop, but slightly more complex: the dropout takes a pedal that you have in your loop (amp loop, pedal loop, etc) and drops it out of that loop and onto your board. so use your blue sky to etheral bliss in the timelines loop, and than the next song you need it AFTER your timefactor for some crazy shimmer action.
or your M9 for some effects loop action in your amp, and than you need it for some phase pre-amp. BOOM. Dropout. volume pedal on your DMMTT effects loop and for swells next section of the song? Dropout. get creative, have fun, replicate studio type effects LIVE.
