SVT 3 Pro Users Unite!!

LOVE the box!! I'm looking at building one for mine currently.

I've learned that a compressor pushes mine EXTREMELY well! Adds some fullness and boosts volume. I've learned to love this amp more each time I use it.

Is that a custom head box, or one of those that Ampeg put out in the early 90's?

It is a custom box, made by Noisy Box (logo on the wooden panel) . Original boxes are nearly impossible to get, especially in Poland. The tolex on my box is different, I went with cheaper Marshall one... but now I think I should have choose for original Ampeg tolex..

I had one of the original boxes from Ampeg, came with my amp.
If it makes you guys feel any better it weighed a ton! I may as well have been carrying around a real SVT, it was that heavy. Hated it.

Yup, mine is heavy too. But looks way better than any rack case. And does the amp protecting job very well.

I use a 3Pro through 2 Bill Fitzmaurice Jack 12s.

I use a SVT Pro 3 and 810 cab. I prefer it over my SVT Pro 4. I'm thinking of trading/selling the 4.

I should be receiving mine tomorrow! I plan on putting it through my 810E for the time being but the ultimate plan is to find a smaller cab to mate it with.

3pro with a 410hlf (and lots and lots of pedals), I kinda have a love/hate relationship with it, but all in all I'd have to say that my needs are certainly satisfied with this setup.
