svt 3pro vs carbine m3 or tc electronic rh 450?

Hi friends I need your help.i play metal and my solo compositions .my amp was ampeg pf 500 and b410he ampeg cabinet.my bass is warwick vampyre sn 5 strings .i paly with sansamp bass driver.a couple of days ago, my Amplifiers burned (china's ampeg). and I plan to buy a new one .: ampeg svt 3pro .messa boogie m3 carbine.tc electronic rh450. some ofthem you recommend and what cabenet? This amps i can get for normal price in my country.I need something with excellent sound.lightweight.and good cab for my lowB string.

The M3 Carbine is one of my favorite amps, so that's what I'd get. As to a good cab, bigger is better, especially with metal. I'd be looking for a good 2x12 or two.
