I just replaced the preamp tubes in my svt 4pro and noticed it was a little dusty. Should I use some computer cleaner to clean this out? Or is it not a big enough deal?

Dust will retain moisture, why would you not remove it while you have it opened up?
Yes clean it out, I prefer a vacuum and dust rag, but compressed air is better than leaving it behind. Beware that compressed air might blow the dust into the pots.
