If there is anything I hate more than this vile trend of "classical" or "jazz" versions of pop songs it is that awful band. What a nauseating song by a nauseating band.
I'll say everything negative I said in the queen thread X 10 + (as always) great bass playing! I am going to bump my Barry Guy thread - that music is far more important.
Hello Damon, I missed you ...

Don't you like the cover of 'Spaghetti Incident' to be so much severe ?
Don't be so hard, they made some great tunes like this one -no allusions- :
It would be more interesting to get the distortion from bow speed/pressure/placement, actually. I really do hate this song, though.
Really interesting, a work I do when I play acoustic (and electric too, some saturations are not made "just by the recorder"); anyway, thanks for the advice and for your comment.
Have fun with Barry Guy and sorry you don't like this song, IMKO, you miss a side of the life .
Let's try with another metaphor: I love chocolate (music). I like 'Profiterolles' (classical music) when I lunch in a good french Restaurant, but I f**** LOVE to eat Mc Flurrys during my summer walks (GNR as an example). All is matter of contexts. Maybe you like to eat Profiterolles EVERYTME, even when you party at night (you party, uh ?

)or when you're in another country (do you like travels ?), when you make sport (?), whatever ...
And the main interest is to make combinations with all of that.
Good music and good work to you, next time I'll try the 'Hotel California' solo. Or maybe some Lenny Kravitz tune ...

Thanks again.
Ps: Next time I'll try the 'Kama Sutra' metaphor ...
