Sweetwater Customer Service (Rave)

Read it just fine the first time. Minors inconvenience due to your mistake.

Actually both our mistakes. If he wasn't in such a hurry to get me off the phone when I ordered, he would have verified all the info on the card. But as I acknowledged it was no big deal because he told me that it was going to ship the same day as it was supposed to ship in the first place.

It didn't ship the day he said it would and when I called right before they closed the day it was supposed to ship one of the reps told me that it did not ship that day. The shipping label had not even been created.

My sales rep lied and he lost a customer. And it had nothing to do with the card.

I've always had excellent luck with Sweetwater.

I've placeed a bunch of orders and the only time i had trouble it was on me. I ordered a waterproof box and when it arrived it was too small. I measured correctly but selected the wrong size when i placed the order. I called my sales rep to order the right box and see about returning the wrong one, he took my order but only charged me the difference between the cost of the two boxes, then told me not to worry about sending the other one back. I got the right box for regular price and a smaller box for nothing. And to be clear, both boxes were bumping $100 so it's not like it would not have been worth having it returned.

But yeah, Sweetwater has never done me wrong and has always provided prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. They've given me discounts simply for the asking, have honored sales prices after the sale ended, and on and on. Oh, and candy in the box.

The only time i don't use them is if they don't carry what i'm looking for.
