Switch bass

I have a Switch 4-string I bought a few years ago. It is actually the first one I've ever had with actives on it. It's an interesting beast, weighty and has some quirks to it. Can't complain about the flexibility of tone with it or the sustain (wow!). From what I understand, at the time I bought it, they were still producing Switch guitars and basses in the U.S. but were looking to shift up to Canada. Wondering if anyone knows anymore history on them. Also, have not been able to find a serial number on this thing. (This could be scary...) Overall, I like the thing. There's just a lot of little questions about it that I'd love to find out more about (pickups, electronics, tuning down without it going out). Anyone with any info, please post. Would love to find out more.

Yes and no... Since it's a little older, it doesn't have the soapbox pickups, but whatever the ones are like a Musicman. Same set up though. Took my Peavey Foundation in for some work today and they didn't know anything about them either. I can't remember if it's a regular Innvo or an Innvo-IV. They changed a couple of things since I've got mine. I'm going to send an email to the company see what they say.
