Since it's in the effects loop of the filter I think it works on the input signal rather than the filtered one, so no problems tracking. I would put the octaver in front of the filter if you don't have this possibility.

Those retroman pedals are new too me, sounds cool in the clips I found.

RetroMan is really excellent stuff. Love his Sybil, Wolf Tone Machine, & Uber Vibe (I think it's the best vibe on the market), too.
