Synthesizer pedal

what kind of synth sounds??

There are a lot of approaches... theres zippy 80s synth leads (that's most of what I hear from the markbass, though I feel that's more due to the players than the pedal), theres fat sweepy synth, then theres the dubby oc-2/octave>fuzz thing

All that being said;
+1000 with iron either stuff, and a big thumbs up to subdecay as well

as far as >100, If you play your cards right, the good ol' Digitech bass synth wah into a swollen pickle could easily be about 100, and is pretty powerful within that range!

The Behringer BSY-600 is probably one of the best-regarded Behringers out there. Some people prefer it to the Boss.

Is there a good one for less than $100. Berhingers had terrible reviews and I'd purchase a Boss synth if I can find one less than $100.

I didn't want to speak for everyone (I've never played the Behringer, but it's on my GAS list, and I've only tinkered with the Boss in a store), but I probably could have even said that "many" prefer it.

I've heard this too. I am NO fan of the brand (poweramp exp related, though I used their mixers/ compressors without any probs.) , but the demos of that pedal looked good (if not better) than some other synth pedals (slightly above that price point..probly not better than a $350 synth).

But if your just tryin to dabble in some new sounds..might not be bad..and if its your thing..hey..than great.
Just be careful, some people who see your pedal will automatically think that they are better than you. ;)

JMO..
