I'm not surprised. This is why I'm ALWAYS skeptical when 'fleas,' other people who jump on the band wagon & make allegations against someone.
There are a lot more nuts out there than you'd like to believe. Others may want to make an allegation in the hopes of suing a rich college like Penn State for major dough.
