Does anyone know what hardware options were available for tacoma thunderchiefs
I have a cb10c with gold tuners but the neck is glossy.
I'm guessing there's a good chance it was sanded and refinished as the made in USA stamp is almost nonexistent and the Tacoma front logo doesn't have much depth either.
Rosewood fingerboard possibly but definitely not ebony like the cb28 unless there was an option for rosewood.
It's possible it's a bit of a Frankenstein where someone found a neck to replace it because it's not a natural finish like most
