I still have some issues with this app, but kinda gave up and just live them. The one thing that really bugs me though is that for some reason, since I intalled the tapatalk app, when I go to "my talkbass" on the computer, the threads don't update properly. :/ It's as if I've read all the threads, when I haven't. Only 1 or 2 threads come up as "unread" when there might be 10 that I haven't. And this is even if I haven't touched my phone. Like, first thing in the morning on the computer. I then have to open each thread and scroll trying to remember which was the last post I read.

Hope that made sense. Anyhow... I don't know how to stop it, it's annoying, and it's only been happening since I bought tapatalk.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open.

Lately ive begun to have two issues. Anytime I type a longer post, something that takes a few minutes to type, when I hit "post" it ACTS like its posting but it just disappears! Thats really annoying. The other thing is links in threads often dont activate. I can tap on them but nothing happens.

Maybe i can get some help here.
I got a new phone(android) now my tb app will not work. It goes to the tb screen and freezes. I cant back out either, i have to hit the home key.
I use straight talk phones. The old one was on verizion towers, worked fine.
The new one is on at&t towers.
I use the same google account i alway have...... any help?
And yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Update,
When on WiFi I was able to connect. So I turned off my WiFi and can now connect through my 3g network....
So it appears all is good again!

Zombie thread, but Talkbass is crashing my web browsers on my android phone.

It's behaving weird when I'm typing a reply to a thread or a PM. The cursor jumps around and then I'm not able to type at all. It's crashed Brave, Last Pass, Chrome browsers, although it's working fine now...

Anyone else having issues?

Years ago it was announced that mobile devices need to use the web interface.

My iOS app worked well on my iPhone 4S (for my needs) for a long time after this announcement, but was no longer working with 64-bit iOS versions.

The problem with old mobile devices might be getting a browser that supports newer developments. In that case an old app might work better as long as it still works with the OS.
But the iOS app is no longer in the App Store and if you haven’t saved a version a your computer, you cannot get it back.

So the new app is an actual mobile web browser with a link to Talkbass. And it is indeed not much different from the former app.
