Talman Mid Pickup Cavity Question

Question for anyone who has looked under the pickguard of a Talman bass, is the mid pickup cavity large enough that the position of the pickup coils can be swapped?

I'm still curious about this. Have any Talman owners taken a look underneath the pickguard?

It's a rough cut of a precision pickup, you'd have to root out more material if you want a bigger pickup
