Before I return this thing can you help troubleshoot?
My passive Bronco with gold lace sensor has its volume pot all the way up. I turn the input level on the GB-10 all the way up. I can hear my playing but very softly. The g.in switch is lit up on the screen; when I turn it off my playing disappears completely.
I play the first song. When I have the music volume turned nearly all the way down I barely hear the bass along with the music.
If I go through the compressor first and turn the post gain all the way up I can get some volume but still not enough to be heard over the music, even at a very low volume level.
What am I doing wrong? Has anyone else had this problem? If my unit is bad, is it really worth exchanging or should I just "goldwave" all my cover material into a CD so it's tuned to 440?
