Resolved TB formatting gone, or just me?

It's only TB that has gone back to Link Removed style.

No kids here to rescue.

It's a Galaxy S, still going great guns.

Galaxy is way newer stuff than I'm using. Has to be something dodgey with how this site communicates with your phone.

I want to help, but changing a couple settings or restarting the thing doesn't help, I just don't know what to do.

I'd try yelling at TB, but you'd probably juat get some schmuck in a cubicle turing their headset down and making fun of you to their coworkers for minimum wage.

Site displays in plain text with a whole lot of space, blue on white. Maybe I gooched a setting in my phone, or site has problems, only TB is affected. But I can't see any mention here so what do I do to android settings?

You're not getting any content (javascript, css, and images) from the CDN server at static.talkbass.com.

  • What happens when you try to access http://static.talkbass.com ?
  • What do you see when you access Invalid Link Removed
  • Are you browsing TalkBass from a work environment?
Also please be sure you're address bar starts with http:// and not https://

Ok so, I routed you guys to the CDN location in Los Angeles since Saturday while they fixed the wires in Australia. They say everything's fixed in Australia now, so I've enabled the CDN servers in Australia again. This basically allows you to download all images, javascript, and css from local servers in Australia rather than pulling data across the ocean.

Please let me know if you run into any issues!

One thing I'll say for the bare bones service, it downloaded in a flash! It would be nice to have a less fluffy option for the style that let you click images in, most of the time I turn them off on my phone but it's a pain turning off and on.

Letting you know.
