TB page reload problems

I have a Macbook Pro & regardless of the browser I use,(Safari, Google Chrome), I quite often have a big problem refreshing a page ONLY on Talk Bass. It sometimes takes forever to load. This has been happening quite regularly for a long time. Anyone else have this happen? It's very annoying & sometimes I am forced to leave the forum for a time & try later.
Any help / insight is most appreciated. Thanks bros.

Paul,
This is the output from the trace I did when I had the slow load problem.I THINK the timing was there anyway. One time I tried to load the home page I got a page saying that this web page was not available. This very slow loading is at +/- 5:20 AM EDT.(not a normal time for it to happen if it is related to heavy usage). But now, 20 min later, it's fine. Didn't last very long this time.

The traceroute looks ok... Does this happen at a 5:xx in the morning regularly? Or is your slow loading spread throughout the day randomly?

It's random. Just had ONE very slow load just now but when I hit the reload icon AGAIN on the browser after waiting for awhile, it loaded. It's so unpredictable that it's hard to nail it down to time or length. Could it involve the server or my provider?

EDIT: It took a LONG time for a " submit post" to load tonight. Just had to wait it out. Everything froze while the progress indicator turned.
EDIT #2: Edit #1 took awhile to load also.(this one went quick)

Just went thru a length of time where I couldn't load ANYTHING. Only on this site. Tried Safari as well as Chrome that I normally use . Nothing. Got these notices a few times after clicking around. Tested my internet speed. Ping (whatever that is) is low from 22ms reading taken in Feb. All connections seem ok.

I'm at a loss - I can't find anything on this end but will continue to keep a look out for anything that might be bogging the server down.
