I propose a couple rule changes to be stickied onto the OP to prevent this sort of fun blockage.

First, any question asked must be google-able to find the answer so that a correct answer may be verified in case the asker vanishes.
However players are on the honor system to not use google to find their responses.

The object is not to stump everybody, the object is to pass the play on to someone else. Like playing catch, if you will.
