TC Electronic combined toneprints

Has anyone used the combined toneprints with the BH250 head?
I'm not having any luck at all...........I've tried deleting the app and then re-installing it, but no good
The TC web site says its for all toneprint equipped heads and even lists BH250 and BG250 at the bottom of the sound examples list, but the video only mentions BG250.......am I missing something?

Not sure about the head, but for sure, on the combo's, you can only use one at a time.

No, these are like 2 effects in one download. I have a BG250 with only the one toneprint slot. So I will be trying these out TONIGHT! Thanks much for the heads up and I will let you know how it works on mine.
