Just trying to get a feel from you guys before I pull the trigger on a V1 BG250 today. Assuming it powers on and sounds alright when I test it later today is there anything I should know about these amps? I’m getting off a local CL ad for $100 which seems suspiciously cheap (1x15 model) and while it isn’t much of a gamble $100 is $100.

If it works and it's $100, get it. Read up on the effects, see if they work.

I’ve read a little about the TonePrint feature, and this is the first gen so it can only have one active at a time vs two. Is it easy to set my phone up or test those? I don’t want to be hanging out at this guys house all afternoon...

Yes download the tone print app and all you need to do is select the toneprint you want and follow the instructions. Should not take more than a minute to download a print

I don't find $100 "suspiciously cheap"...I sold mine I think for ~$150, 5 years ago. V1 would be 6-7 years old at this point, and, for this type of amp, that would be a large part of the gamble, IMO. Plenty of people got deals on them new of about $250.
