TC RH750 no output. Anyone work on these?

I just picked up a TC Electronics RH750. I have an RH450 that I use regularly which is why I wanted to try the 750. I got it at a a great price ($250) but it was online and "as-is". So, I can't be upset at anyone. I knew the risk. Anyways, it powers up, all controls respond as they should according to the display and my pedal works with it. The tuner and peak indicator at the gain show that it's receiving signal. However, there's no output from the power amp. Not even noise. Does anyone here work on these or have any insight as to what step I should take first? Thanks!

My RH750 is having the exact same symptoms as yours was. Were you ever able to get it fixed? If so what was the solution? Thank you for any assistance.

Have you contacted TC or the Behringer customer care team in Nevada? TC is a brand under Behringer or Music Tribe (or whatever they are called these days)
