Double Bass Teacher in Boston?

I've been asking around Berklee and have sent a couple emails along to the NEC faculty about any instructors or good students that may be taking students for the summer, but so far I've had no response. I'm certainly not worth an NEC faculty's time as I'm a raw noob on the bow. Is there anyone on this forum that can point me in the right direction for an instructor?

Thanks

Send an email over to BU to see if they have any grad students there that will be around for the summer. Also over on Huntingon Ave there's a building that has some string companies (used to have Boston String) and they may have some names for you. Ask over at Rutman's. What about asking some of the Berklee bass faculty if they have any names for you?

The NEC guys perform at Tanglewood all summer. I know that Donald Palma doesn't stick around in Boston, either.

There are many wonderful freelancers in the Boston area. Freddels' suggestion of seeking out a graduate student is also a great suggestion.
