I would like to publicly thank the Tech 21 customer service.
I play my basses always through a quite old Bass Fly Rig that is the only pedal effect that I use (as multi-effect and also as DI). During one of last lives I lost a small knob. The pot was still working just moving the small internal shaft, but without the knob with the reference sign it had become very unconfortable.
Unfortunately the actual model of Fly Rig have a different kind of knobs and the old ones (discontinued several years ago) are no longer available in the Tech 21 spare parts list.
With a simple email request to the customer service they was so nice to find out and send me (directly here in Italy) two old knobs by airmail and completely free of charge. I'm an old italian bass player (... so please apologize my very poor english ! ...): in many years of use I was already aware about the high quality of the Tech 21 products, now I received the confirm that they are also kind and helpful people. Sometimes it takes very little to get back a full customer gratitude.
