Hello, my bass is set up to play for jazzy but I use for orchestra. I notice a ratel from the string especially when I play G. Any tips?

If your bass has adjusters raise the height of the bridge an equal amount on the G string and E string sides until the rattle stops. If that doesn't work bring it to a luthier for a setup.

Your strings might be too low. If you have an adjustable bridge, raise the G-string side a bit to see if that helps. Just make sure that the G and the E string side are fairly evenly adjusted.
Yes, low strings are a common cause of rattle and the bow will accentuate it.
Also, check top ends of strings near nut to make sure there is no build up of dirt. Loosen and clean if necessary.
Raise bridge if possible as advised. Otherwise take to luthier.
Luthier may advise you to install an adjustable bridge if you don't already have one, and/or may shoot the fingerboard to eliminate any irregularities which are a common cause of buzzing.
