Teen Drama

If she's nervous when he's around, he's abusive- I guarantee it. Get ready for him to confront you about leaving her alone. I would bet that she's happy when they get together, initially. Once he starts his BS, she cools off. Or, maybe she isn't letting his BS bother her as much as is once did.

Tell her than a bunch of guys in the US told her to dump his butt because it will never get better for her if she stays with him.

Push him down and make him cry. That'll fix him!

Don't let them kid you; this stuff will still happen when you are out of High School. Plenty of adult drama to be had. If the boyfriend is getting jealous, it could be a sign she likes you.

You never know!

Of course, it could just be the boyfriend is an easily threatened mama's boy caveman moron, which means, if you're her friend, you'll help her to see she is wasting herself on such a jackass.

Unfortunately, this.

Teenage drama really isn't related just to teenagers. I know plenty of people a few years out of college who still go through semi-similar stuff. Heck, even I experienced a similar situation to yours not too long ago.

As someone who just escaped from this kind of drama only to enter a new world of drama...

If the boyfriend is so insecure that he can't handle his gf being friends with a guy then just wait it out. They'll break up soon.

In the meantime tell him your just friends and you wouldn't try anything.

Also if he tries to lay a hand on you, go for the inside of his knee with a swift kick. That should bring him down to a more manageable level.

Well I am not afraid of him physically. I am not a very strong guy, but her boyfriend is a guy even I could beat up, wouldn't even need to use my duper sayian bass powers. And the girl is hot and ultra nice, but I am afraid of losing reason. Some good friends of mine are friends with the guy and the girl and I don't want to lose them, and the only way I'll fight the guy is in self defense and I'll only bone the girl after they break up. Still, thank you fellow bassists for your support! :D

Yep, she's got everybody right where she want's them. The boyfriend is probably giving her more attention than ever and all of her friends are behind her. You probably won't get to bone her, especially if the guy picks a fight with you and you punch him in the throat.

So I have come to the conclusion that teenhood is dramatic, no matter how much you try to avoid drama. Since most people on TB are from the stone age (it's a joke, please don't give me a timeout...) I was wondering if things like the following ever happened to them.

Recently my school has runa project where people from different courses join in a huge project. I am in sound and it is an all guys class so honnestly it's nice to work with other people for a change. I met this girl from animation and we became fast friends. Spent time with her outside the project as nothing more then friends, since she had a boyfriend and such. And recently one of my best friends who is in her class comes to tell to back off because her boyfriend is getting jealous? The hell? I mean I never a move, is she not allowed to have friends? Plus when her boyfriend is in the general area she is a completely different person, acting all serious. In reality she is a very playful and nice person. I just don't get it.

So yeah. Crap like that happen to the other TBers?

Since before the Cretaceous. :D
