Thanks Source Audio!

I bought an auto wah pedal from a TBer and found that the on/off switch had a previously unknown issue. The gentleman I bought the pedal from called Source Audio to explain the issue. They gave me a number, I sent the pedal in on a Tuesday and got it back, working perfectly, the following Monday.

That is customer service! I thought that they should be recognized for their excellence.

I have a bef and a hot hand. My ring broke and I emailed SA about it. Next thing you know I got 3 new rings. Just the plastic wich is wat broke. I love the customer service and the pedals they make. I'm a custumer for life now.

In a time when America has become a service economy with terrible service, I'm thrilled to find and support companies that exceed customer care expectations, as well as provide incredible products. You guys clearly do both.
