I use a 320 and 402 about 100 gigs a year. It's an amazing rig. I personally wouldn't let the lack of footswitch stop me from getting a 320 in good shape. I'm pretty sure a replacement footswitch can be built if you need it.

Don't feel bad. You paid the going rate when people have an awareness of the demand.
I almost feel guilty about the steal I got on my avatar 126 combo. I don't think I would have let an un-informed private individual sell me that amp for what GC did ($149.99 in excellent condition & original logo slip cover). GC I hear is teetering on bankruptcy and I'm not surprised. They have to compete with everyone with a smart phone and a piece of gear to move.

The 320 appears to be gone. Dunno if it's sold or not. He first said he had the footswitch, then one day before pick up he couldnt find it, and said it shouldnt affect the price that much... well then the deals off for me.

Hey fellas. Last night I had to use the other bass player's class-D micro Genz-Bens or Genzler paired with some kooky mini cab with a row of tweeters across the front. Holy cow, I would kill myself if I had to play that thing every night! I had that thing almost dimed and it was as if there was no amp whatsoever on the D and G strings. The E and A were audible but there was absolutely no physicality behind it. Thank God I had a preamp DI'd going to FOH because I had nothing on stage. He was gushing about being completely blown away with how good my Acoustic rig was the previous night when he used my stuff.

It's good to have a reminder every now and then how much these old Acoustics really spoil a bass player. I get the whole "different strokes..." thing and respect what works for somebody, but I'll happily be shlepping a big old Acoustic for as long as I'm physically able. Especially the cabs, too! Take care of your stuff. They don't make them like they used to.
