I love it how there is a ladder next to it.

One of those amps was made for the 92 (I think 92 was the year) monsters of Rock tour for Michael Anthony, it was a 600 watt 32 speaker amp, was actually like two heads and 4 cabs in one. A guy I knew used to use that configuration in local clubs here in MA in a band called Buck with his 4001S bass, his name was Jamie Pease. Great sounding original band. His were not attached obviously.
The special amp never went out on tour because the other bands complained. They made several more which ended up in Japan, I've never seen these 36 speaker cabs though. One head and two cabs is extremely loud as was said before, about the loudest you'd ever need unless you were next to a bottom heavy guitarist using Marshall majors, then you could use the extra head.

I got to encounter this beast in a different setting. I worked on a TV show called "Big" where we built, well, big things. We built a giant guitar on the show and were lucky enough to have Ampeg bring down an appropriate rig for the guitar. Best part of it was having Peter Frampton play the guitar with a 2ft. long slide. The pickups were custom made by Seymore Duncan himself. As to the Ampeg, I'm not sure of the exact number, but I am certain the low E on the guitar was well below 30hz (the strings were something like 12' long). The Ampeg handled it just fine. This amp is WAY loud!

Here's a good shot of the guitar with the Ampeg in the background.

lol, I wanna watch that fall on someone on stage.

Or maybe see some idiot knock it down at the end of a song and next thing you know his band is getting a call from China complaining that their amp is holding up traffic down in Hong Kong.
