Double Bass The AMT, Realist, and Walter Woods, will this work?

This is for all of you AMT and blender experts out there. I'm going to play several large outdoor venues this summer and would like to add the AMT with the super pre amp to my current Walter Woods MI 400 and Realist Setup.
The Woods has a phase switch and the -10 DB switches on both channels but no notch or high pass filters. I really don't want to get into the additional blender unit feeding into the Woods. Is it practical to use the two channels on the Woods, feeding the signal from the AMT into Channel 1 and the Realist into Channel 2.
My concern is, will the EQ available on the Woods give me control of the AMT with regards to tone quality, equalization and feedback control?

Thanks in Advance

I've got a newer Woods than that but have run my stuff that way (albeit with a Full Circle) and it sounds great. I haven't needed much EQ at all.

Phil,
I was hoping that you would chime in on this one.
I also have an new Walter Woods Ultra ( I'm not bragging I'm just lucky to
have a friend who sold me his ultra when Walter upped the power from 1,000 to 1,200 watts). So we know the Electro Acoustic series will work. Since the MI 400 has that phase switch it should be good to go as well.

I've not been able to play very loud that way, at least with the mic up very loud. On better nights I've been able to send the soundguy both the direct and the mic separate and he mixes them outfront to taste.

On small dates with no soundcheck or lousy soundguy nites I usually forgo the mic and just use a good DI on the fishman.

Playing in a club with my amp as the sole reinforcement as long as we don't get to loud it sounds very authentic mixing the two just like that.

I use a preamp on the fishman cause of the phase thing.
