I got to the last picture of it slathered in barbecue sauce and it's like a choir of angels started singing...
I haven't drooled so much since I was 18 months old. And I can feel my arteries clogging just thinking of that. DELICIOUS.
Im doing this next week, were going to BBQ it out on my friends back porch, and theyre going to drink beer right out of the snow (i wont, i dont drink).

I've stayed away from this thread because I can't imagine a "bacon explosion" being good for my blood pressure, but I unintentionally stumbled across this today:

Speaking of bacon, I had a Modern Monks Brewing Co. smoked bock that had a strong bacon characteristic. It went amazing with a chicken and bacon sammich.
wow, its like a BACON sushi roll, and since i make sushi, and am a food lovers club member, i do in fact plan to make a bacon explosion. and that picture is my new desk top back ground
