The Custom/Boutique Pedal Wait and Support Thread

I’m still waiting on my Flipster. I’ve found that it helps to realize that there are others that share your feelings of anxiety and that it is a completely normal reaction to the situation. That and tequila……………..

I bought a flipster kit and I'm still waiting on that! It's only been a few weeks, and it should have shipped yesterday, so we'll see.

I thought the build it myself route would be quicker :smug:

No, I'm on the list for the Workhorse Fuzz [limited], to me it sounds like one of the most exciting fuzz concepts in the last year.

hmmm any more info?????

I was thinking of getting a dual pedal with dark boost combined with something else (destructo noctavia? aenima? ) but I always slightly worry about devi ever pedals,... the only one that has reacted nicely to my basses /rigs has been the cherry pop... I do love her work tho and the idea of custom dual pedal :hyper:

Yeah the cherry pop is the ****, I have two of them, but I find the way it the gate effects your attack limits the amount of songs I can use it on.

I don't know what other DE pedals you have tried but I find the SMBL and the KP work great with any bass/rig combo I throw at it. The OK is great for synthy fuzz stuff on it's own but when you run it into a filter, my god! what cool sounds can be had.

Hopefully I'll get my secret awesome devi by Christmas, and I think I'm going to get one of the dual customs right after Christmas, either Hyperion -> Aenima, or Hyperion -> Never Drive

yeah im not big on gated fuzz, exactly why I sold the DE bass fuzz... main reason I even use fuzz is a few songs where im letting notes ring out, so gated fuzz severely limits that
