The Electro-Harmonix Club. Part deuce.

Just noticed that the picture I had posted (apparently nearly a year ago) Is quite out dated... So...

Mainly I stick to this...

I switch between Bass and guitar with that board, so there is definitely some things that don't work with bass overly well... But the EHX stuff always gets sees some bass action.

Hey, my first post. I'll have a number if that kind of thing is still being handed out.
Currently I have a Bass Big Muff Pi and a Holy Grail Plus. I'm finding that the two don't really work well together on my crappy practice amp, so I may just sing through the reverb.
Really want a Micro Pog and a Freeze...and maybe at some point I'll try another brand of pedal.

1st Big muff Whizzer moded

2nd Big Muff has the original board unchanged but a 9VDC was added and some other stuff changed (pots, led and jacks) by JAM pedals.

Deluxe Memory Man is grounded and out of the pedalboard because it has a life of its own. It self oscillates, uses 24Vs, revolutes, kills, blows things up and knocks out its opponents from round 1.

Love me some EHX! Here is what have with updates as I have more EHX now!

POG2: LOVE this thing! Can handle just about anything you throw at it! Love it for all it's awesome sounds and mixes well with everything.

Russian BM: modded by Guttermouth for a voltage, gate knob and oscillation switch. Also has bigger caps for bass response and it's KILLER!

Freeze: use to have it and realized nothing else can do this in such a small space. Also it's amazing running into modulation. Have one on the way with a spot just for it!

Yeah the Freeze is a really fun pedal and I had one for a while but rarely used it with my band at the time. I've been getting effects for a while now with what I want then my band but it seems to work in the 2 bands I'm in jow..(one REALLY loves bass synth)

The Ravish arrived 10 minutes after posting that! Had to go to work so I haven't tried it out properly, but it seems to have a huge scope...

With the Freeze, how long of a sample does it grab? What happens if you freeze a signal that's going through a filter sweep? And when you say it's great running into modulation, are you talking about chorus etc?

I believe this is my first post to TB, and I'm glad to put it here... Just got into effects and now I own a Big Bass Muff Pi and a Vintage Clone Theory.

Bought the Clone Theory just a few weeks ago on eBay, and it showed up in pretty rough shape (as advertised). I sent the pedal to Howard Davis in New York to be refurbished, modded and reconditioned. What a pleasure it was dealing with him! If you ever get a chance to have him work on one of the pedals that he originally designed, take it!

Excuse me now while I go practise my Joy Division covers... :)
