this is my fall beer of choice although they claim it's availability starts in november, they start making it for the bayfield applefest in early october, so you can get it earlier

it is delicious! possibly my favorite beer of 3 other seasons as well! i am not usually a fan of fruity beer, but that cinnamon cuts down some of the sweet and makes it just plain delicious 
Just tried this for the first time last night. I wasn't a fan at all. To my palette, it was all spice, no pumpkin.

I've found that the flavor, the essence, of these pumpkins are good...I can't, however, drink them by themselves...I'm telling you, eat a "Thanksgiving" style meal with it...not a whole bunch of food, but those kinds of flavors and you'll be pleased...
Plus that Harvest...whatever it's called...is not very balanced...look for Dogfish's Punkin.

Thanks! I have searched for the Dogfish, but no luck in my tiny town. I like the other brews from them I've tried, and want to check it out. The seasonal beers are just starting to surface, so I hope within the next week or so!

Fall = traditionally Bock Beer season in Holland. I've only tried Amstel Bock this year and it is good. The other brands of Bock will be given a try also in the next few weeks.
