My "final board" has slowed down quite a bit the last couple of months but i can't lie to myself, there are always gonna be changes

I had been using pretty much the same version for a while but when I wanted to add the Mel9 is threw everything off and i am in the process of moving to a bigger board.

Well this is my 7 years in the making "I think I can" final board ('subject to future changes' tm) - all the tones I need for "my sound" in my metal band plus the crazy ones to add a few things to spice it up.

Here's what mine's been looking like for the last year or so. I know...it's like *nothing* compared to the monster boards some of you guys have, but I'm pleased with the current layout and the cable management of my board. Plus I have everything I need for the stuff I play the most (funk/soul/jazz).

Not shown: MXR Micro Amp that I occasionally put on there if I need a volume boost for solos, Tech21 VT Bass DI that I use only by itself and mostly for recording (great for a vintage-y sound with a bit of grit but don't like how it interacts with other effects).

Plenty or real estate left, though...Suggestions?

(Stuff I've been considering adding lately: Pedal tuner, *maybe* a good compressor and *maybe* a different, less-synthy flavor of fuzz with a clean blend).

I thought mine was finished but then yesterday I sold a pedal and bought a new one. They're both drive pedals though and the new one will live in the old one's spot, so I guess it's more of a lateral switch.

I'm pretty sure this main board of mine is "done" but I do intend to start building a smaller board for pick-up gigs, which means that I'll soon be starting the gear whoring all over again. Lol

I tend to build a board to fit the gig I'm doing, for me that's part of the fun! I have three sizes of pedaltrain, a bunch of pedals, and a bunch of possibilities. Since I have no final gig, manufacturers haven't released their final product line, and I don't have a final prescription for my ADD, I will probably never achieve a final board. Also means I'll probably never make a final payment on my credit card!!!!

I recently picked up the new Micro-Tron and then had to rethink what Fuzz to feed it... did a fuzz shootout and then board changes.

Oh, and I've got the ADD too.
