Here's mine:

Fretless Muser bass, originally black, but i stripped off the paint and gave it a teak oil finish (it was a lot of hard work, but it paid off). It's my second bass, i've had it for 12 years already, and definitely a keeper.

Do defret jobs count? Just finished defreting and coating the fretboard on my "starter" bass, plays really nice, plenty of mwah.... Yeeaahh.

Hey, I received my neck. Now the question is do I attempt to finish it myself or have someone else do it. What are you going to do? For the money I paid I'm tempted to do the work myself to include a polyester or epoxy coat on the board. Let me know.

That looks great. And yes, defret jobs count. I got my frankenfretless approved a couple of weeks ago.

I sent mine back. Was unusable. Pits, gouged, dips....

At my graduation concert, I did a version of "Y Si Volviera" by Cuban pianist Ramón Valle. I did it with my gorgeous Fender fretless together with a friend of mine on flugelhorn.

Yeah they do sound a decent but different as the Fretless has a nordstrand preamp with a mid freq switch in it. I bought it in that condition, but I love how it sounds

I second Shardik - nice job with the defret. What did you use to fill the grooves? It almost looks like the fretlines are painted on.

Thanks! The fretlines are black plastic from a music folder, I decided to use black because the fretlines would still be visible from the players viewpoint, but wouldn't be as intense as white lines when viewed from a distance.
