The Joe Nerve appreciation thread...

Keep it coming, please. Ive been depressed lately.

Hi Joe,

If you're not doing it already, I suggest adding some Vitamin D3 to supplement your diet. Books/studies I've read indicate about 2000iu a day during the winter, 1000iu the rest of the year should keep you good.

It's helped me a lot since I started taking it last summer.

Also, I added a vitamin B complex and it also cleared up some medical issues I've had for awhile(some a very long while). My memory and creativity seems to have been enhanced as well.

It's easy for your doc to test your D3/B12 levels, if you want to know your baseline.

Hope you feel better.

IMO/IME. Your mileage may vary.

I prefer the older simpler method... just practice!

Sorry, had to.

I will look into the vitamin D3. I take every other supplement under the sun, might as well add that. I'm sure my blues will pass... just in a funk. But thanks.

Good one! :D

The symptom of low D3 is just that...blues/funk!:atoz:

It will clear up as the sun comes out more. :)

Why wait?

Looking forward to giving a listen to your next project.
