He said to think of it as an #11 because it has a 5 in it. He said that to think of it as an 1 dominant Bb7 with the left hand, and an 2 major chord C with the right hand. So, anyone that's interested, this came from the source. He said Joe's idol was Ray Charles, and the last chord on Georgia is the same chord. They used to call it the Ray Charles chord.

IMO, the horn has to play the 13 to make it sound right.
