After 5 years as a bass columnist for Premier Guitar Magazine I have decided to expand my bass musings and the wisdom of my bass friends and colleagues beyond the one page/1000 words a month format. Growing up I wanted to hear from the biggest sidemen, the bass players that played on the biggest albums and tours. Most importantly I wanted to hear from the players who got to play on the greatest songs. Finally, I'd like to welcome everyone to check out The Lowdown Society Podcast where these players where we all get to hear these players sharing their stories and experiences in a very loose setting.
