Didn't set out to do this, but this what I have ended up with.
Get rid of tuner and put Boss OC-2 instead.
And if you don't feel man enough then get Big John's Hairy Balls

When it came down to it though, the crazier effects had no place in my band and I lacked the creativity to find them that interesting when at home. So, thats how I got down to what you see in the first post.
I still have my Flipster, which could make a reappearance. The Pork Loin I was immediately sold on. Does the light grit/boosting that I want right out of the box. A lot of controls, but pretty much a set and forget.
The Germanium Assmaster has all the attributes that I like in the fuzzes I have tried. The Germanium version can get really wild, but can also be dialed in for a subtle more O/D type sound too, I could kind of do this with some of the other fuzzes, but none of them could pull both extremes off as well as the Assmaster for my taste. The ability to dial in a dry signal also proved to be a necessity.
All I have heard of the Quasar are some clips, but I like phasers and while the Small Stone sounds great, I really wanted to have more control than the one knob Small Stone. For my phasing needs I don't see why the Quasar won't do the trick.
A large part of this got funded thanks to a tremendous steel of a Mesa V-Twin at a Pawn Shop and then a subsequent sale months later for a $200 profit!
You're board might be all pink and purple, but not until there is a pink pair of crocs in the photo will the manliness be complete....
Now I really wished I bought that quasar...it would have matched my ensemble!!
