the meaning behind your TB name?

When I was past my 39th birthday I started dating an 18 year old college student. The current user name was part of my first email address that she helped me set up.

Without getting too specific, it had to do with the condition of a certain part of my anatomy and the engorged state it was in for pretty much the whole three years we were together.

Spelling it with a "K" is simply a nod to my Greek friends and their heritage.

I've really enjoyed this thread so far and look forward to the continuing hilarity.

I'd swear I posted on this thread, but I guess not...

Kesslari is close to but not quite my last name.
When I was playing percussion I recorded a CD for Waterlilly Acoustics called "At the Court of the Chera Kings".
The producer was a crazy genius - records everything live to 2 track (2" wide 2-track) with an all-tube signal path.
He records in cathedrals... Incredible acoustic sound.
Crazy like a fox.

Anyway, about 4 am on one of the nights we recorded he got into a rap about me and invented a tribe (the Kesslari tribe) that were my ancestors - nomadic archer-musicians and smugglers of hashish and underage Burmese girls along the Silk Road.

He started calling me Kesslari. My bandmates in other projects started calling me Kesslari.
The name stuck...

I'm so white that my wife on occassion calls me milky, like the guy from the me myself and irene movie. I often call people douchey mc douche douche so i just thought it'd be fun to do something similar with the milky nickname.

My first name's Jim, and B1 through 51 was already taken.
Or, I like the connotation of high flying thunderous bombing runs.
Or I really like the quirky proto-punk dance band from Athens GA.
Or it's a tribute to a 1952 Precision Bass.
I forget which.

My King recording tuba was made in 1940.
I was made a year later.
