How do I get to see an archived thread on the Messenger eub? It may be easy for an 8 year old.. but I have no eight-year-old nearby to help me.

what I have called the archives are simply old threads. There is a search function in Talkbass. First search for thread title but also search for thread content in the EUB forum.

If you don't have an 8-year old around either wait until you find one to help you, ask your parents for help or wait until you have turned eight years old.

The 3/4 scale of a messenger is too large for a kid under 8 anyway. So no need to hurry...

If you are absolutely unable to perform that yourself you can hire me (pay in advance) for doing the work for you.
