The metal circle on Fender heads?

I don't know the official name of the aforementioned device but does anyone know where I can get something to replace it? It always looks like my D string is about to pop out from under it. I'd like to get something like the two hooks you find on guitars that hold the B and E strings. Anyone know where I can buy something like that for bass?

The string tree? if so you should be able to find them on warmoth and allparts

GC usually has them too in the Fender Gearhead display

I had one of those and they are scary, the bass strings will actually bend the plastic part under tension. I either use the traditional Fender or the Hipshot string tree.
