Fill martini mixer with ice
Fill half way with Half&half
Then equal parts Kaluha and disaronno and mix

Big fan of gin and tonic. Usually 50/50, but depends on how good the gin is. I'm very partial to Hendricks when I can afford it, and the mix tends to be stronger as a result. Bombay is nice, but overrated in my opinion. Certainly much better than Gordons or Beefeater, though. Ugh.

not a big cocktail guy but if I do its usually something like a gin & tonic or bacardi & coke. I like a good black/white russian or whiskey and water now and then too.

There is a microdistillery opening up in town and I'm taking part in the gin (ahem) R&D* before they open. I'm not really a mixed drink guy, but the distiller has the beer tasting group from in town going because he thinks we have good palates and pay attention to stuff. So I'm looking forward to learning a lot more about cocktails when they open up.

One of the distillers told a hilarious story about the Sloe Gin Fizz, which I can't wait to try.

* R&D so far has consisted of tasting 13 commercial gins and taking notes. It's a hard life, I know.
