have to say the D'addario EXL-170's. They're cheap, last a long time, feel great, and sound really good to me.

I would have to say SIT strings. I've used DR high beams for about 3 years and finally switched to SIT strings and I couldn't be happier. I have not had one issue with them yet
I'll second the SIT's. Reasonably priced for sure. Sound and feel great.

Oddly enough, D'Addario and Ernie Ball are the most OVERrated strings out there. I've never understood why people use them!
